The Bridges Pre-School Nursery at Silverburn Lodge was opened in September 2006 by Her Royal Highness Anne, The Princess Royal. This building was previously a conference centre for Occidental and Total Oil Marine and was extensively modified to suit our requirements.
We have a large car park and easy access from Ellon Road. The First Bus – Park and Ride facility is only 800 yards away providing a convenient and fast route into Aberdeen City Centre. We are open 7.30am to 5.30pm.
Mrs. Lois Duncan is a Partner of The Bridges Partnership LLP. Miss Samantha Ross is our Nursery Manager and has been part of our team for over 13 years. Samantha is supported by Mrs. Lauren Bain and Miss Emily Robertson our Deputy Managers. Lauren has been with The Bridges for over 16 years and Emily has been with The Bridges for over 6 years. They complete the management team.
Heading up our 0-3 Unit is Miss Jessica Reid and Mrs. Gemma Rowlands. Miss Alanna Ross oversee our 2-3 room and 3-5 room. All work with an experienced team of Practitioners and Support Workers. Staff photographs, names and job titles are displayed on our Notice Board in the hallway, near the entrance.
We are open from 7.30am – 5.30pm.
